In 1981, Global Servants began our ministry in West Africa, primarily in Ghana.
We have served in hundreds of remote villages across West Africa by improving schools, digging wells, creating village hygiene stations, and building clinics and churches.
Since 2001, we have built thirty-five churches in Ghana, Togo, Benin, Ivory Coast, and Burkina Faso.
In 2011, we took the model of House of Grace Thailand and adapted it to the West African culture. House of Grace Ghana has been a wonderful success. The girls at House of Grace Ghana are orphans and were at risk of being sold into human trafficking if they remained in their villages.
At our Kumasi, Ghana campus, we have also built The Katie Franklin Education Center and the Trinity Foundation School. This daycare and school have more than 400 students in pre-k to eighth grade. Trinity Foundation School has one of the most advanced Science, Technology, English, Arts, and Mathematics programs in Ghana.
Our goal in Ghana continues to be summed up best by John Wesley.
“Do all the good you can, for all the people you can, for as long as you can.”
