Travis Rutland

President

Travis Rutland has worked for Global Servants since 1997. During that time, he has worked as the International Director for West Africa and the Chief of Operations. Travis currently serves as the President of Global Servants. In addition to his role at Global Servants, Travis is the Lead Pastor at The Church at Liberty Square in Cartersville, Georgia.

A native of Georgia, Travis holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree from Southeastern University. Travis has been married to his wife, Courtney, since 1997 and they reside in Cartersville, Georgia. They have three sons, Mark, Owen and Liam.

Dr. Mark Rutland

Executive Director of the NICL

Dr. Mark Rutland is the Founder of Global Servants. He is a New York Times Best Selling author, educator, charismatic leader, businessman and a nationally recognized figure in Christian higher education. Dr. Rutland has been married to his wife Alison for more than 50 years now. They reside in the greater Atlanta area.

Ronny Brannen

Executive Director

Ronny Brannen is the Executive Director at Global Servants. He is a retired Methodist Pastor of 39 years, and the past Chair of the Board of Directors for Global Servants. Ronny holds an Associate of Arts degree from Reinhardt College, Bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University, and a Master’s of Divinity degree from Emory University. Ronny has been married to his wife, Darlene, since 1978. They have two daughters and four grandchildren.

Tim Rutland

Chief Financial Officer

Tim Rutland has been the Administrative Manager and Chief Financial Officer of Global Servants since 1988. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland. Tim has been married to his wife, Wanda, for more than 50 years now. They are the parents of one daughter, Dallas Kate Rutland Cabrera, and the grandparents of Isaac, Gabriel, Susannah, Celia and Adrian Cabrera. Tim and Wanda live in Fort Myers, Florida.

Tyler Ellis

Director of International Operations

Tyler Ellis comes from a background of sales in corporate America. He has been in various positions in ministry for more than ten years. He has served in the local church for many years in various positions but is now dedicated to foreign missions and has served Global Servants since May 2018. Tyler has been married to his beautiful wife, Megan, since 2011. They have three children: Regan, Zeke, and Willow.

Fay Inman

Advocacy Coordinator

Fay Inman comes to Global Servants with over 20 years of experience as an advocate nationally for girls. Through Girl Scouts, Partnerships for Success, a program of Georgia Council on Developmental Disabilities, and multiple non-profit agencies, she has championed the rights of the marginalized and financially disadvantaged. Fay has been married to her husband, Kenny, since 1988. They have two daughters, Kennedy, Gussy, and grand-baby Ophelia Fay. Fay looks forward to the second chapter of her life as an international advocate, putting God’s love into action and empowering the most vulnerable through education and empowerment.

Nathaniel Vinke

Director of Partner Relations

Nathaniel has a diverse background in both corporate and ministry settings. He has served in various roles within local church ministries, demonstrating his commitment to faith and community. His passion for missions began in his youth, leading him to serve as a missionary with Youth With A Mission, where he traveled to Asia, Northwest Africa, Europe, and other regions. In December 2023, Nathaniel joined the team at Global Servants. He and his family now reside in Cartersville, GA, where they attend Travis' church and consider it an honor to serve both ministries.

Steve Birmingham

Director of Donor Relations

Steve Birmingham is the Director of Donor Relations at Global Servants and has been an active supporter since 2017. He spent forty years in the construction industry, founding Birmingham & Associates, Inc. at the age of 27. After 32 years, he sold the business to pursue full-time ministry. Steve holds a Master of Arts in Ministry and Leadership. In addition to his role at Global Servants, he also serves as Missions Pastor at The Church at Liberty Square. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Steve now resides in Rome, Georgia. He and his wife, Sherry, have been married since 1996 and are blessed with nine children and twenty grandchildren.

Aaron Hart

Communications Coordinator

Aaron Hart brings a wealth of experience to Global Servants, with a diverse background in photography, videography, graphic design, media, and prepress. With nearly 20 years of experience as a photographer, Aaron has contributed to a wide range of projects, including international work in Haiti and Ghana, participating in short film productions, and volunteering at red-carpet events for the Maryland Independent Film Festival. Aaron and his wife, Stacey, have been happily married since 2019 and live in Athens, Georgia.
