Dear Friends and Sponsors,

We are finally enjoying the first taste of cool fall weather here in Georgia and the anticipation for the holiday season. I hope that you had a good summer and I hope you are looking forward to the fall and winter months ahead! The girls and staff at House of Grace are certainly getting excited about all the teams that are coming in November and December. We have the wonderful group from Broken Arrow Assembly of God in Oklahoma coming again to do a special Vacation Bible School. They wrote this VBS just for the girls at House of Grace! Then the hard working team from Sewell Mill Baptist Church is coming to build brand new bunkbeds for the little girls. We are also having a small group from a local Crossfit in Dacula, GA traveling over with a Global Servants team leader to teach the girls proper exercise, nutrition and self-defense. Each team is unique, with something incredible to offer our beautiful girls at House of Grace!

YES! It is time to begin preparing your Christmas box or you can give a donation for your daughter’s Christmas. After years of receiving requests from sponsors to have the choice of giving a financial gift instead of mailing a box, we are officially making that option available. For many sponsors, the difficulty of shopping and the extra cost of postage had become a little overwhelming. Last year, more than 20 girls did not receive a Christmas box. Therefore, I would like to offer you the option to give a donation of $60 for your daughter’s Christmas rather than mailing a box. Just like we do for birthdays, if you give a donation for Christmas, all the gifts will be purchased by the staff for your daughter. Please feel free to mail a box if you would still prefer to do so. Also, I encourage you to mail your daughter a Christmas card with a photo of yourself, your family or your pets inside. Getting a personal card from you at Christmas time will bless your daughter in a special way. Let’s fill House of Grace with Christmas cards this year! Friends, you do not need to be a sponsor to send a $60 Christmas donation or to mail a Christmas card to the staff or the girls. Please take time this Christmas to tell them how much you care!

It is only October, so we still have time to plan and shop for the holidays! If you visit our store at store.globalservants.org we have uploaded all the new items under the dropdown tab - Merchandise. We recently got in a box of new and unique hand-made items from the girls at House of Grace. They make beautiful Christmas gifts and all the proceeds go to benefit the girls. However, they are limited and tend to sell out quickly, so don’t wait to order. Thank you for all that you do for the girls and this ministry and thank you for helping us “Save Little Girls for Big Destinies!”
